Can you make a mold from a sample part?
Yes. We measure the sample, prepare a CAD model and drawing, and make the mold from it.
Do you repair existing molds?
Yes. We repair worn or damaged molds and dies, including welding, re-machining and replacing inserts.
How long does a mold take?
It depends on size and complexity. We give a delivery time with the quotation after reviewing your part.
Where are your die molds made?
At our own works at LS-48, Sector 11-I, North Karachi. We have manufactured industrial equipment in Karachi since 1999 and supply factories across Pakistan.
