After sealing, each battery must be checked for leaks between cells and to the outside. A leak testing machine pressurises the battery with air and checks whether the pressure holds.
Our leak testing machines apply a set test pressure through test heads that fit your battery vents, and show a clear pass or fail result so that faulty batteries are removed before filling.
