An MS lithium box is the mild steel enclosure that holds the lithium cells, BMS, busbars and wiring of a battery pack. It protects the pack from knocks and dust, keeps the cells firmly in place and gives a safe, earthed housing for the terminals and breaker.
We fabricate each box from sheet steel in our own workshop: laser cut, bent, welded and powder coated. The inside is sized to your cell layout, with cut-outs for terminals, breaker, display and communication ports exactly where your pack needs them.
