Common questions about fabrication
Do you prepare the structural design?
Yes. We prepare fabrication drawings and can work with your consultant's design.
Which finishes do you offer?
Primer and paint, powder coating and galvanising, depending on the item and where it will be used.
Which material should a tank be made in?
It depends on the liquid, temperature and process. Mild steel suits water and oils, stainless steel suits many chemicals and food liquids, and lined tanks are used for acids. We recommend the material after reviewing your process.
Can racks be adjusted after installation?
Yes. Our pallet and industrial racks use adjustable beam levels, so you can change shelf heights as your stock changes.
Do you erect structures on site?
Yes. Our team delivers and erects shades and structures at your site.
Where are your fabrication made?
At our own works at LS-48, Sector 11-I, North Karachi. We have manufactured industrial equipment in Karachi since 1999 and supply factories across Pakistan.
