In battery assembly, the positive and negative plates of each cell are joined by melting lead into a strap across their lugs. This process is called group burning, and it needs accurate fixtures so that every strap is solid and correctly positioned.
Our group burning machines hold the plate groups in alignment while the strap is burned, with burning combs and molds made for your battery models. Quick-change fixtures let you switch between models.
